Los contextos de la atención clínica se integran por diferentes escenarios. Cuando participan múltiples actores, se enriquece el proceso y el resultado para favorecer al paciente y a quienes lo rodean.

La investigación se convierte en una estrategia para sanar, a partir de rigor metodológico y evidencia científica que genera nuevo conocimiento, el cual se aplica en los Centros Médicos Académicos. Estos centros constituyen espacios en donde además converge la práctica clínica y la educación de calidad.

Esta combinación de ciencia, práctica y atención a la persona permiten transformar las condiciones actuales para lograr nuevos estándares de excelencia en las instituciones que promueven la salud. Para ello, se busca la formación de líderes capaces de visualizar una mejor versión del hoy, para un mejor mañana.

Los objetivos del curso 3 son los siguientes:

● Reconocer la importancia de la investigación educativa y clínica para obtener la mejor evidencia científica y conocimiento en favor de la salud.
