Together we will identify, map and analyse elements of the business model canvas. This is an important step for individuals or companies wanting to explore new products or services; or concerned with enhancing their existing offerings. By the end of this project, you will be fluent in identifying and analysing the components required to realise the proposed business model and how they can provide value for the customer. We will discuss directions for the next phase of product/service development. You will generate solutions that can be used as part of your future strategy presentation to business stakeholders, making it an integral part of your digital tool’s portfolio.
