Módulo 1: Hacia una organización data-driven

En este modulo abordaremos cómo comenzar a construir organizaciones basadas en datos, desde el diseño de modelos de gobernanza de datos, hasta la identificación de los elementos clave para fomentar una cultura basada en datos que permee a todos los niveles y áreas de la organización. Algunos temas que desarrollaremos se relacionan con el liderazgo, la generación de confianza, la gestión del cambio, la mejora de procesos y la colaboración intersectorial y multidisciplinaria.

Módulo 2: Tomando decisiones basadas en datos

En este módulo comenzaremos a poner en práctica herramientas y metodologías para comenzar a tomar decisiones basadas en datos. Se abordarán aspectos sobre el mapeo de procesos, la identificación de los actores involucrados, los datos que sirven de insumo al proceso y cómo tomar decisiones que deriven en acciones concretas y factibles.

Módulo 3: Herramientas que informan en la toma de decisiones

En este módulo hablaremos de cómo apoyarse de herramientas de visualización para informar el proceso de toma de decisiones y comunicarlas a otros actores dentro y fuera de la organización. Aprenderás sobre los elementos más importantes a tomar en cuenta cuando se cuenta una historia a través de una visualización, así como a identificar la mejor manera de comunicar un mensaje a través de la misma.
