!1 so far so good I'm taking this course to backup the Support Role I have just been accepted for, and because I intend to sit the A+ exam Wonderful Instructor!

Continue the great work I am really enjoying the course and the material i'm still learning as i go so far so good Its a good course, however I feel some information doesn't get explained fully and I have to look up things elsewhere.

So far I've found myself very familiar with all the material he's covered (which is a good thing obviously, since the exam is so close) but I'm looking forward to seeing how well he explains materials I'm not as comfortable with.

its informative but not in depth, i understand theres only so much he can do in this time frame but anyways he is a good instructor but this course by itself is not enough because it is mostly aimed at beginners Looking forward to getting into it!

I highly recommend the Mike Myers series, hes a cool guy, knows his stuff, and explains it in a way that makes it very simple and easy to understand and retain.

Mike clearly enjoys teaching people about computers and knows his stuff.

Lecturer knows his stuff and simplifying them to something more understandable I learned so much taking this course.

Mike keeps that content fun and knows his stuff.

This aside, there's no doubting Mike knows his stuff, and he explains it all in terms that are easy to understand.

I would guess they have actually taken the Cores, As a matter of fact with just Mikes videos and that book and the complete practice tests book from Sybex is all you need to pass, if you study your tail off.

Cleared core 1 exam today .Very good content but practice tests are needed.

I also bought the practice tests, so after I finish them I will do the exam and inform you what I have done based on this course and the practice tests.

(I have also paired this course with his practice tests) Very engaging and interactive.

Took me 3 weeks of studying and practice tests per exam (6 weeks total), passed both A+ tests and got my first job in IT a week later.

I am going to do practice tests next and then take the exam If you are following the book and watching these videos you will not have access to chapters 14,15, and 16.

Now I'm on to the practice tests.

I recommend taking notes on everything, and taking some practice tests.

I also ended up picking up their practice tests and their simulators.

If I had any suggestions, I'd say include the sims and practice tests together at a slightly higher price, and then include some of those sims on the test itself to make it even closer to a true Comptia Exam experience.

It was a great course Awesome I like it Shame we can not download the course to our own laptop and also there are no practice tests include with this module - well there is but you have to pay separately thats wrong.

However don't waste your money on their practice tests.

I highly recommend this course for beginners and for those that never got around to understanding certain aspects of IT.

Now depending on your learning style you may not have the same outcome but if you have tried reading the books and listening to lectures from people who sound like the teacher from Ferris Bueller then I would highly recommend this course paired with his practice tests Love Mike so much!

Even if one will not want to pass the CompTIA A+ exam i highly recommend this course for beginners in IT or self-taught professionals who lack some of the basic terms - you can complement this knowledge in here!

I highly recommend this course and can't wait to start the course for Certification 1002.

I just got through with ETA certification in electronics and noticed that he did a great job of explaining binary compared to ETA, and did so in a very short amount of time.

Mike Meyers does a great job of explaining difficult concepts and the videos are well-laid out.

I've been partially through one of his courses already (the 800 series A+ when I was first considering IT) and both times I've enjoyed his teaching style.

I love it so much i cant wait to take the test I like the way that he explain everything without letting us to get stressed about the long lectures that we are going to learn Love his teaching style doesn’t make me fall asleep Yeah I strongly agree because especially this was my currently working experiences today Mike keeps me interested and explains things in an easy to follow way!

I found the best supplemental books are the Sybex fourth addition A+ Complete Study Guide.

welled expanded by the prof mike I am happy to say I have reached the goal of gaining my A+ Core One pass with the help of this study guide.

Its Great bought it with the the official Comtia study guide and find this alot easier to digest.

Approaching my last two semesters in IT...While maintaining high honors academically ,time prevents students from going intrinsically to cover all the details as needed.I am honored to take this course and will use it as a study guide.Thank-You Mr Myers.By the way, I a veteran that moved here to attend NMSU from Canton Texas.God bless... You have to supplement the course with a book of some sort or study guide because the differences I am seeing in the book (both Sybex and Meyers) is fairly large.

Taking this quick course has helped SOOO MUCH to get back into the tech world and I feel confident enough to also use the study guides provided by CompTIA and take my tests to be able to get the career I've been wanting since I was little.

I RAM chapter was very useful, sadly I didn't have the info years ago when my computer played up due to my RAM I feel that mike is very good at explains things and making it just entertaining enough not to be boring.

I wish I had done this years ago!

He does an excellent job breaking complicated or technical subjects into laymen's terms at an easily digestible pace cool I took this stuff 15 years ago lots of changes The course is really great and informative.

It's a perfect match for me, I should have started this years ago but now I've found it I want more and more I am very happy with Mike he is great.

It’s concise and informative I bought Mike's A+ certification book a few years ago, but only got about halfway through before my ADD got in the way lol.
