PRINCE2® - Tailoring a Project

This course takes a deep dive into the concept of tailoring the PRINCE2® management method to fit the environment and characteristics of specific projects. Project are unique and vary widely in terms of size, complexity, products, industry and delivery methods. This course will explain which concepts of the PRINCE2® management method can be tailored and which ones are not subject to tailoring. After the introduction module explains the benefits of tailoring your project management method to fit the characteristics of the project, you'll zoom in on different scenarios like the size and commercial setting of the project to explain how to best tailor PRINCE2® to fit these environments. At the end of this course, you'll have a detailed understanding of the essential concepts of tailoring the PRINCE2® method to fit the project environment.
