디자인 씽킹이란 무엇인가?

본 과정에 오신 것을 환영합니다! 반갑습니다! 우리가 혁신을 목적으로 하는 가운데, 디자인 씽킹은 과연 무엇이며, 왜 전통적 방법보다 더 효과적인지를 이야기 해보는 것으로 시작합니다. 덴마크의 고령자를 위한 식사 제공 프로그램인 The Good Kitchen의 사례를 살펴보면서, 혁신 컨설턴트인 Hatch & Bloom과 손을 잡은 혁신팀의 마음가짐과 실천이 어떻게 혁신과 성장을 이룰 수 있었는지 살펴보겠습니다. 또한 디자인 씽킹에 가장 적합한 도전 과제가 무엇인지 살펴보고, 아이디어를 실현하는 데 도움이 되는 시각화 도구에 대해 알아봅니다. 이 모듈을 마칠 때쯤, 여러분은 디자인 씽킹의 의미, 사용 시기, 그리고 시각화 도구 사용 방법을 더 잘 이해하게 될 것입니다.

혁신을 위한 마인드 갖추기

디자인 씽킹은 프로세스와 도구에 관한 것일 뿐만 아니라 사람에 관한 것이기도 합니다. 즉, 디자인 사상가로서의 여러분, 그리고 이를 통해 가치를 창조하기 원하는 사람들을 포함합니다. 따라서 디자인 씽킹을 활용하여 아이디어를 생성하고 테스트하는 프로세스에 뛰어들기 전에, 먼저 여러분의 사고 방식에 초점을 맞추어 혁신의 기회가 나타날 때 기회를 포착하고 행동할 준비가 되어 있는지 알고 싶습니다. 우리는 매우 유능한 두 명의 관리자 George와 Geoff의 이야기를 통해 그들의 서로 다른 사고 방식이 어떻게 혁신과 성장을 주도하는 능력에 영향을 미치는지 살펴보려 합니다. 또한 우리는 스토리텔링의 가치에 대해 배울 것입니다 이 모듈을 마칠 때쯤 기회가 생겼을 때 행동을 취할 준비가 된 마음가짐과 스토리텔링 도구를 사용하는 방법에 대해 더 잘 이해하게 될 것입니다.

실험

이 모든 혁신 아이디어를 도출한 뒤에는 무엇을 할 것인가? 디자인 씽킹 과정은 우리가 도출한 많은 아이디어 중에서 어떤 것들이 원하는 결과를 구체적으로 만들어 낼지를 결정하는 데 도움을 줍니다. 원하는 결과는 노인을 위한 영양 개선일 수도 있고(예: Good Kitchen), 더 건강한 라이프스타일 선택이나(예: MeYouHealth) 무역 박람회에서의 더 많은 영업 기회(다음 IBM 사례 참조)일 수도 있습니다. 본 모듈에서는 혁신적인 전시회 참가 방식에 대한 아이디어를 개발하고 테스트하면서 경험 마케팅 에이전시인 George P. 최종 과제

이 모듈은 본 과정에서의 최종 과제와 관련된 자료를 제공합니다. 과제의 완료를 위해서는 본 과정에서 제시된 디자인 씽킹 도구 중 하나를 선택한 뒤, 셀프 피드백을 작성하고, 세 건의 동료 리뷰를 마무리 해야 합니다. 본 과정의 성공적인 수료를 위하여 최종 과제를 완성하고 합격해야만 합니다.
