Te damos la bienvenida al curso Herramientas de gestión en proyectos de desarrollo. En este módulo te mostraremos los objetivos, estructura, evaluaciones y material de orientación del curso. Luego de esta introducción, aprenderemos sobre distintas herramientas para la gestión de proyectos: estructura de desglose de trabajo (EDT), diagrama de red, cálculo del camino crítico y gestión de costes.
