Find out the process your CV needs to go through.  What is the question on the mind of the interviewer as they look through your CV?  Once you understand what is being sought at this point, your CV can play its part!  Your 'Competence' and 'Ability' should be obvious.

This is the foundation stone of your interview success.  Find out what is missing from your CV and how to add your THREE OVERARCHING TRAITS.

Learn why you might NOT get called for an interview (and what to review if you DON'T).  Also, recognise the importance of using social media to inform you before you meet the interviewer or panel.

How the question ion the employer's mind moves from: "Can this person do the job?" to "Why should we employ YOU?".  You will also learn the danger of simply listing or merely stating character traits (as 99% of other candidates will do) and how tangible evidence helps!

In this lecture, you can listen to answers to the question "Why should we employ YOU?"... The 'Normal' one and the one that Sophie used to get her dream job!  How to link your CV to the interview via character traits.  How tangible evidence exponentially boosts your interview 'energy' - and some options as to what kind of tangible evidence you could use for 'proof positive'.

The answer to "Why should we employ you" should be biased towards your behaviour, attitude, conduct, demeanour and whether you would fit in.  Learn the final link which ties your CV, your interview and your evidence to the specific requirements of the role.
