Часто говорят – «здесь было бы полезно нестандартное мышление», но часто мышление воспринимается как или «системное, но стандартное» (т.е. шаблонное), или «нестандартное, но несистемное» (т.е. хаос и креатив). Курс рассчитан на то, чтобы управленцы поняли, как можно создавать нестандартные решения системно, разрешать «тупиковые» задачи, смотреть на ситуацию под новым углом и производить новые идеи по понятным алгоритмам и шагам. Слушатели узнают ответы на следующие вопросы: - Каковы ключевые инструменты ТРИЗ? - Какие типовые задачи они могут решать? - Как применять эти инструменты пошагово? - Какой результат они дают и чем полезны для бизнеса и управленцев? - Как внедрять ТРИЗ в вузе и на предприятии? Знания курса будут применяться в случае, когда: - необходимо придумать новую идею для решения управленческой задачи, - известные методы не применимы для решения задачи, - при попытках улучшить известным способом одного требуемого параметра приводит к недопустимому ухудшению другого, также необходимого параметра, - необходимо обойти нехватку ресурсов, - необходимо обеспечить сочетание «несочетаемых» свойств в задаче. Категория слушателей: - руководители отделов и проектов, заместители по инновациям и развитию и пр., перед которыми встают управленческие задачи, - руководители и основатели технологических инновационных проектов, которым необходимо понять, как обеспечить гибкость проекта, - деканы и заведующие кафедрами, которые хотят внедрить ТРИЗ в университет и использовать его для образовательной, проектной и управленческой деятельности.
