The first thing I would say to any youth leader or youth pastor who is starting out in building a youth ministry, is you need to have a vision. What do you want to accomplish when building your youth ministry.

Here the student will learn what is a vision and the definition of vision

In this lecture we will learn how to get a vision for our youth ministry

Let review what does it mean to have a vision

In this lecture we will learn how our vision should complement the overall Church. We will also get practical examples of how to apply this truth.

In this lecture the student will learn the importance of sharing the vision of your youth ministry with your local pastor.

This lecture will challenge the student and show the importance of writing the vision down once you have it.

Let's to another review of having a vision and what does it mean, just to make sure we understand it.

This lecture will emphasize the importance of sharing and communicating your vision and give practical examples of how this can be done.

Let vision blow the whistle has to be one of my favorite lectures and here is where we learn the how vision will keep is going in the right direction. Too many times when we don't have a vision we can find ourselves involved in task that have no purpose. Here we will use the example of a referee in a sports game and how they blow the whistle when a player gets off track.

This lecture shows the student how not to get caught up in the numbers game and forget your whole purpose of being a youth ministry.

Let review one more time and if you have any questions please send them to me or post them in the discussion form. I would love to assist where I can.

This is the introduction video that will explain what we will be covering in the section of establishing the right ministries

This lecture will teach and how the student how to know what ministries you should establish in order to make a bigger impact, get young people involved, and impact your city with the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

This lecture will give practical examples of the different types of ministries, small groups and specialty groups that can be established when building a dynamic youth ministry

This is a review of previous lectures that we have covered in the topics of establishing the right ministries.

This lecture will explain answer the question of "why the more ministries(avenues) you have available in your youth ministry the better?"

In this lecture we will discuss the importance of why every ministry(avenue) that is establish should point and move in the direction of the overall vision of the youth ministry.

Here the student will learn the two questions that you can ask any individual to find out their power spots and this will come in handy when selecting your team.

This lecture will show the importance of putting your team in their power spots and give practical examples of how it can be done.

In my opinion this lecture is one of the most powerful of the entire class. This lecture will show the student how they can use their area of ministry to shepherd and meet the needs on young people.

Here is a video review of the important topics that were discussed in these lectures.

Learning how to put people in their power spots

In this lecture we will discuss the meaning of potential for the purpose.

In this lecture we will give you a practical example of Potential for the Purpose

In this lecture we will close out the class and explain Passion equals Purpose and Purpose equals Potential.

Here is a message that I preach entitled " Got Vision" feel free to use it however you like.
