每個人體質不同調頻感受不同,敏感體質的同學可能會在能量調頻時可能有熱、麻、漲、震動、出現畫面等體感,都是正常反應。沒有體感的同學不用刻意追求體感,有無體感都不影響調頻效果。
第一次能量調頻過後,對於負面能量壓抑比較久的同學可能產生排負反應,如打嗝、排氣、腹瀉等,是身體跟隨心理同步進行調節,排負反應一般在一天內消失並在後續調頻中不再出現。能量調頻完後應多喝水,加速代謝。
