En este curso queremos brindarles herramientas para que, desde el ámbito clínico, puedan entender y logren usar de la forma apropiada todos los anticoagulantes que tenemos actualmente disponibles. Brindando a los pacientes el manejo óptimo de su anticoagulación, se generan los mejores desenlaces posibles en cada uno de los escenarios.
