Croatian for beginners: English - Croatian from Udemy

Would you like to order in Croatian on your next vacation, go shopping or even learn the language from scratch? Then this course is just right for you.

In a total of 14 language lessons, which are divided into different topics. Example chapters are: Basics, Numbers, At the zoo, At the Restaurant, The week etc. You can also look forward to an introductory lesson in which you will learn a little about Croatia, its people, the country and the language.

With this language course you will not only learn vocabulary and sentences, but also the grammatical basics.

The lessons include exercises, dialogs and grammar units. At the beginning of each lesson, you always hear and see the Croatian words twice, giving you the opportunity to repeat the words and learn them even more effectively. My husband, who is a native Croatian speaker, does the Croatian part so that the pronunciation is 100 percent correct.

You can download a translation for each dialog. You find the translation in the download area of the lesson. Open or print out the translation and compare it with the spoken dialog.

At the end there is a quiz in which you can test what you have already learned.

You don't need any previous knowledge for this course. All you need is a desire to learn the language.
