Telles sont les questions auxquelles nous répondrons dans ce premier épisode.

Épisode 2 : Choisir son approche et ses outils

Nous allons dans cet épisode aborder la question du choix des méthodes et des outils nécessaires à la démarche de mesure d’impact social. Quels sont les principales méthodes et outils utilisés pour l’évaluation d’impact social? Comment les choisir, et avec qui? Comment choisir ses indicateurs de mesure? Telles sont les questions auxquelles nous répondrons dans ce second épisode.

Épisode 3 : Mettre sa mesure d’impact social en place

Nous allons dans cet épisode aborder la question de la mise en place de la mesure d’impact social: Comment la communiquer aux collaborateurs? Comment organiser la collecte de données? Est-il pertinent d’adapter ses opérations pour mettre en oeuvre une démarche d’évaluation d’impact social? Quelles sont les ressources financières et RH nécessaires pour réaliser cette démarche?
