ذلك المشروع العملي يبدأ بتحميل البيانات على برنامج Power BI واستكشاف بيانات عملاء الشركة التاريخية والتأكد من جودتها باستخدام ال Power Query Editor ومن ثم، حساب قياسات قيمة عمر العميل مثل معدل المغادرة (Churn rate) ومتوسط مدة بقاء العميل ومتوسط قيمة الطلب (Average Order Value) والقيمة العمرية لكل عميل (CLV) باستخدام دوال ال DAX لتحليل بيانات العملاء وتقسيمهم لشرائح بناء على قيمتهم العمرية وعرض النتائج في هيئة رسومات بيانية مناسبة تُبيّن أعلى العملاء قيمة لدى الشركة لتحسين تجربتهم وزيادة رضائهم عن الشركة.
