En el mundo de los negocios se asume que el objetivo primario de la empresa privada es conseguir utilidades que puedan ser repartidas entre los accionistas y principales grupos de interés. Sin embargo, esta es una visión reducida del mundo empresarial, pues hoy en día las empresas están llamadas a tener un rol de mayor impacto en la sociedad. Es decir, no solo tienen que generar ganancias buscando tener un modelo de negocio sostenible, sino que tienen que poder impactar en la calidad de la vida de los ciudadanos con las actividades que realizan. Para ello, es necesario que las organizaciones sean manejadas por lideres conscientes que tengan un propósito más allá de conseguir utilidades, y usen a la empresa como fuente de transformación social. Este curso comprende el entendimiento del contexto actual de los negocios, para introducir la necesidad de tener lideres conscientes y cómo gestionar una empresa con integridad.

Este módulo pretende presentar la nueva lógica y oportunidades que se le ha presentado a la empresa privada para que pueda intervenir dentro de los sociales mundiales que desafían al mundo.

Creación de una cultura de trabajo consciente
Una vez conocido, los nuevos paradigmas que se presentan a raíz del capitalismo consciente y las fundamentos sobre los cuales se sustenta el liderazgo consciente, es necesario que se entienda los principios de una cultura guíada por los princpios de liderazgo consciente. Basado en ello, este módulo hara una comparación entre las lógicas entendidas en las empresas de forma tradicional y cómo deberían evolucionar siguiendo una lógica consciente.
Liderando una empresa con integridad
Este módulo pretende definir la integridad desde el enfoque del liderazgo consciente, siendo esta integridad la base del mismo tipo de liderazgo. Así mismo, se va a desmenusar los componentes de la integridad y cómo se puede construir cada uno de estos componentes dentro de la realidad de cada una de las organizacionses desde las cuales, los participantes están involucrados.
Prácticas organizacionales de lideres conscientes
Este módulo pretende dar estrategias tangibles para poder aplicar en el liderazgo consciente en las organizaciones a la que pertenecen los participanted del curso.
