سيتعلم المشاركون عن مفهوم التغيير وأنواعه وأسبابه ومحفزاته وأهميته للمؤسسات والأشخاص في ظل بيئة الأعمال الحالية المتغيرة بشكل متسارع وكيف يتفاعل الأشخاص والمجموعات مع التغيير عند حدوثه وأثر التغيير على ثقافة المؤسسة وأهمية مواءمة التغيير مع توجهات المؤسسة واستراتيجيتها.

يتعلم المشاركون عن كيفية تحديد الحاجة إلى التغيير ودراسة مدى استعداد المؤسسة للتغيير من خلال نموذج ماكينزي وكذلك تحديد استراتيجية التغيير المناسبة من الخمس استراتيجيات الرئيسية للتغيير بناء على منظور وسياق التغيير.

يدرس المشاركون أسباب فشل التغيير والمبادئ الرئيسية لإدارة التغيير الفعّال من خلال استعراض نماذج إدارة التغيير لكوتر ، لوين ، أدكار ، ودعائم التغيير الخمس المكونة لخطة إدارة التغيير مثل إدارة المعنيين والتواصل والتدريب وقيادة التغيير والتغلب على المقاومة وكيفية وضع إطار وخطوات عملية لتنفيذ التغيير بناء على أفضل الممارسات العالمية في مجال إدارة التغيير.

كما سيتعرف المشاركون على أهم الأدوار المطلوبة للتغيير ومسؤولياتهم والمهارات الشخصية المطلوبة لوكيل التغيير مثل التواصل والتأثير والتيسير والتدريب والتوجيه والذين يؤثرون بشكل كبير على إنجاح التغيير.
