Learning Architect
A Learning Architect is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering learning programs and materials. They work with subject-matter experts to identify learning needs, and then create and deliver learning experiences that meet those needs. Learning Architects may also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs and making recommendations for improvement.
Education and Experience of Learning Architects
Learning Architects typically have a bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field. They may also have a master's degree in education or instructional design. Learning Architects typically have several years of experience in the field of education or training.
