They work with subject-matter experts to identify learning needs, and then create and deliver learning experiences that meet those needs. Learning Architects may also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs and making recommendations for improvement.

Learning Architects typically have a bachelor's degree in education, instructional design, or a related field. They may also have a master's degree in education or instructional design. Learning Architects typically have several years of experience in the field of education or training.

Skills and Qualities of Learning Architects

Learning Architects should have strong communication and interpersonal skills. They should also be able to work independently and as part of a team. Learning Architects should be creative and innovative, and they should be able to think critically and solve problems. They should also be able to stay up-to-date on the latest learning trends and technologies.
