It's always very important to know your cholesterol numbers because it help you to easily know what to do and when to do what you want to do. There are some foods that are very high in cholesterol such as fried foods, fast food, processed meats and desserts. These foods need to be avoided if possible, so you can be very healthy as adult. Let as remember that children can also have cholesterol, so parents need to take care of their children.
