Курс знакомит с основными этапами и закономерностями экономической истории зарубежных стран от античных и древневосточных цивилизаций до конца XIX вв. и развитием экономической мысли этого периода. Курс охватывает формирование основных экономических школ, в том числе классической школы политической экономии, марксизма, немецкой исторической школы, маржинализма и неоклассической школы. Курс рассчитан на семь недель, каждая из которых будет включать видео и литературу для самостоятельного изучения, а также проверочный материал. После изучения курса слушатели будут Знать: 1. Характерные черты экономики и экономической мысли в цивилизациях Античности и Древнего Востока, в средневековый период и в эпоху меркантилизма. 2. Основные закономерности экономического развития Великобритании, Франции, Германии, США в XVIII-XIX вв. 3. Исторические условия возникновения и общую характеристику основных экономических школ, включая классическую школу политической экономии, марксизм, немецкую историческую школу, маржинализм и неоклассическую школу. 4. Вклад в экономическую теорию таких экономистов, как Адам Смит, Давид Рикардо, Томас Мальтус, Жан-Батист Сэй, Джон Стюарт Милль, Карл Маркс, Карл Менгер, Леон Вальрас, Вильфредо Парето, Альфред Маршалл и др. Уметь: 1. Анализировать основные этапы развития экономики зарубежных стран во взаимосвязи с развитием экономической мысли. 2. Самостоятельно искать, отбирать и анализировать информацию, связанную с историческими аспектами развития экономики и экономической мысли в разных странах и регионах мира. 3. Анализировать экономические проблемы с точки зрения методологии основных экономических школ. 4. Самостоятельно интерпретировать результаты экономических исследований. 5. Самостоятельно оценивать содержание и последствия экономической политики в ведущих экономиках мира в различные исторические периоды. Владеть: 1. Понятийным аппаратом в области истории экономики и экономических учений. 2. Навыками экономического мышления и анализа экономических процессов с помощью теоретических моделей. 3. Методологией различных школ и направлений экономической теории.
