Курс будет проходить дистанционно в online формате. В ходе него будут показаны политические, экономические реалии стран БСВ (Ближний и Средний Восток), особенности этно-конфессионального состава населения, история развития отношений с СССР, РФ и потенциал будущего взаимодействия с учетом практических знаний и уникальных источников информации, которые будут использоваться в обучении. Работа слушателей курса будет оцениваться с помощью теста, который выявит их уровень профессиональных компетенций. Онлайн Курс профессора Департамента зарубежного регионоведения факультета мировой экономики и мировой политики ВШЭ А.Г.Бакланова является практико-ориентированным, он будет интересен слушателям всех уровней: как для студентов, так и для выпускников вузов. Основная его цель – удаленно познакомить слушателей с политическими, экономическими реалиями стран БСВ (Ближний и Средний Восток), особенностями этно-конфессионального состава населения, историей развития отношений с СССР, РФ. Автор опирается на имеющийся у него эксклюзивный опыт многолетней работы в странах региона на ответственных должностях, проведения встреч и переговоров с ведущими политическими и общественными деятелями, руководителями бизнес-структур этих стран. В курсе разъясняются особенности протокола, подготовки и проведения бизнес-контактов в государствах БСВ. Будут проанализированы конкретные примеры как результативных переговоров, так и контактов, которые не завершились выходом на заключение сделок, будут сделаны соответствующие рекомендации в отношении оптимальных вариантов проработки бизнес-проектов с учетом нормативной базы и традиций стран БСВ. Слушатели курса будут получать актуальную информацию относительно динамики развития ситуации в странах БСВ, влияния текущих изменений в политической, экономической, региональной и международной обстановки на ведение дел и перспективы сотрудничества с этими странами. Курс состоит из коротких видеолекций от 8 до 14 минут длиной, внутри которых встроены неоцениваемые вопросы. По итогам 8 недель будет представлен оцениваемый тест из 15 вопросов, эссе в формате взаимного оценивания и итоговый экзамен из тестов и расчетных задач. Курс позволяет: углубить знания о регионе БСВ, повысить уровень экспертных компетенций. Курс предназначен для студентов и выпускников направлений «Международные отношения», «Зарубежное регионоведение», «Востоковедение».
