Organisations across the globe are setting ambitious Net Zero Carbon Targets to demonstrate their commitment to climate change to customers, investors and the wider public. However, developing a Net Zero Carbon Strategy can be a daunting task.

I strongly believe, if organisations are given the right tools, they can develop their own Net Zero Carbon Strategies and build the right foundation to achieve ambitious Net Zero Carbon Targets. This course provides the foundations for developing and delivering a successful Net Zero Carbon Strategy and allows organisations to get control of their own carbon performance.

This course is split into 4 main sections, that follows my own tried-and-tested method for delivering Net Zero Strategies in my career and with my clients:

  1. Baseline & Target Definition: Understanding what Net Zero means for your business and estimating your current carbon baseline to inform your route towards Net Zero.

  2. Stakeholder Engagement & Consultation: Leveraging the knowledge and support within your organisation, your supply chain and across industries to build the strongest Net Zero Strategy possible.

  3. Define & Prioritise Measures: Identifying the decarbonisation measures that will enable the carbon reduction required for your organisation to achieve your Net Zero Carbon Target.

  4. Implementation Plan: Consolidating the information you have learnt in the first three stages and turning it into a clear and structured Net Zero Carbon Strategy Implementation plan that will provide the foundation for achieving your Net Zero Target.
