In this lecture we will go over the fact that everyone can create art. Using art therapeutically is based in the concept that the act of creating is therapeutic and life enriching. While some people will find that they discover a propensity for being “an artist”, and even offer their art for purchase, many will find that the act of creation of the art is the reward.

My Story of Healing Through Art-

In this lecture I will share my journey of moving through a huge life transition with healing, grace, hope and joy through the use of art.

Find out how to get the answers to any questions you may have as well as utilize the extensive workbook material and exercises contained in this course.

In this lecture we will go over creating and coloring Mandalas, a brief history of Mandalas and their use, and instruction on making a simple Mandala.

In this lecture we will give you a powerful exercise that you can use with mandalas to help transform your day.

In this lecture we will go over a powerful exercise called the mandala discovery exercise.

In this lecture we will explore how to use mandalas to look at our past, explore our present , and  have dreams for our future.

In this lecture we will go over how to use Mandalas for meditation purposes.

In this lecture I will go over a simple explanation of the human mind. Specifically the subconscious, conscious, and superconscious.  We will also go over how art can open up the subconscious mind and we can consciously see old patterns and belief systems that might be outdated and limiting us in our lives. we will also look at how we can shift our subconscious beliefs when we bring these old beliefs and patterns into our conscious awareness through art.

In this lecture we ill go over seen our self as a whole person and seen the different parts  and aspects of our-self that make up who we are.

In this lecture will go over how to bridge our  limiting thoughts from our subconscious beliefs into thoughts  that will better serve the reality that we are trying to create.

It is not the situation that determines your reaction, it is what you THINK about the situation. Every negative situation in life has a silver lining--but even more importantly, if you find a different way of looking at the situation you change how you feel about the situation.

Everything you believe is because you have evidence that it is true. However, if you have beliefs that are holding you back, you can find evidence they are not true and then choose to believe something more empowering! In this lecture we will go over how to change those limiting beliefs.

In this lecture we will give you a powerful exercise of creating an art piece that expresses old hurts, patterns, etc., employs forgiveness (self and others), and then uses mixed media to make a “new picture” over top of it. (Discussion of how our past can always be turned for our good, and we can create a new picture right now when we are aware of the learning from the past, and we forgive our seeming mistakes or others)

In this lecture we will go over the psychology of affirmation and you will learn how to reprogram your negative thoughts and replace them with empowering ones, using affirmations.

In this lecture we will go over using words to create pictures to affirm what you desire for your life now.
