You may be an introvert but this course will give a guide on how to start a conversation even if you don’t want to have a conversation with them.

The course starts with a proper mindset. You need to get your mindset straight first and then all the attempts you make to start a conversation with a guy will be destined for success. Then we will be talking about the first impression, how to present yourself so you feel and look confident. The way people perceive us is incredibly important and can determine the way the whole conversation will go.

We will definitely touch on active listening skills because it incredibly benefits our relationships. And not only in established ones but also the ones that are brand new. It helps us to quickly get to know the person we are talking to and we can build up that in the next phases of the process of making new friends.

An important part of all communication is reading body language. We look at the person standing in front of us and we process their body language to see how they are feeling at the moment, what topics they like to talk about, and whether they like or dislike you. We need this information so can make the conversation more effective. It’s almost like reading minds of people we are talking to.

After that, we have to establish the relationship and take care of it. And that’s a piece of cake - I will show you how to do it.

It doesn’t really matter whether you are trying to find out how to start a conversation with a girl, how to start a conversation with crush or you are seeking tips on how to do small talk in business. The course is a nice way for introverts to improve their small talk skills - I know it is frightening but it can be done well so you benefit from that. The course can improve as well as their personal communication as their business communication.

Also what has really helped me was the knowledge of the power I possess - I know I can talk to anybody, I know I can make them talk to me, and even like me but I don’t always need to deploy those skills - incredibly strong and nice feeling. I wish you could experience that too.

Welcome to the course! In this lesson, I will tell you how I have intended the course to be taken and you can skip right to lesson #1!

Day 1 - Let's discover a little about yourself. Because if you want to get better at communication and start meeting new people, you must get to know yourself first.

One day is enough to finish the exercises.

Day 2 - To improve you have set your mind on a specific outcome so you know when you are reaching the goal. You have to commit yourself.

Day 3 - Our body language is the first thing people can see when evaluating us so it must carry the appropriate message + that our body strongly affects how we feel. Do you want to feel well to do good? Watch your body!

One is enough to finish the exercises.

Day 4 - It is a primarily subconscious and impactful way of communicating that affects how people evaluate and treat you. It is the first thing people see altogether with body language. It speaks of traits that people don't really want to be around when it's sloppy.

Day 5 - It's super important to recognise yourself as a valid member of the conversation and be aware of your habitual behaviour influencing the conversation. Be aware that you can annoy someone by being yourself. But remember what we spoke about in lesson #2.

It will take 2 days to finish these exercises.

Day 7 - Clarify what is the goal you want to pursue so you can pick the right conscious and unconscious preferences for the conversation. It makes a better outcome and it is easier measurable.

1 day is enough to finish all the exercises.

Day 8 - To open a conversation is the most difficult part of the whole process and a lot of people fear this moment, because of the vulnerable feelings involved. In this lesson, I will cover the very initial phrases of how to open the conversation.

Take two days to finish the exercises.

Day 10 - Let's turn the passive boring process into something active, worth paying attention to and maybe even something interesting. When we achieve that, the whole conversation will transform, you will outdo many others and the goal will be closer to our reach.

Day 12 - People often ask this question, and they are often curious about what to do with their hands. But when it comes to action they usually know what to do with them.

It will take just one day to finish the exercise.

Day 13 - Mindset is super important, it determines how successful will you be. In this case particular, we are learning to embrace failure and count it as a natural part of life.

Take 2 days to finish the exercise.

This one is gonna hurt a little bit.

Day 15 - To get a response on how the person is engaged and involved, observing these traits is very fluid and don't give you very much information about the personality and how to treat them long-termly but in the short-term, it tells you a great deal too much about the person's intentions.

Take 2 days to observe.

Day 17 - Stress is another of the basic things to observe in order to be empathetic to others. It helps to make good adjustments and steps to better bond with people and it is also good to know who is nervous so you know who to soothe or dominate. It's the secondary character you want to follow when dealing with people.

I recommend taking 2 days to train observing these traits.

Day 19 - As the people often need to interact on a similar note, you will find out what is the specific person like.

Day 21 - You are a valid and important member of the conversation. Consider yourself for the long term.

Day 22 - If you want to continue bonding with the person you, you need to start adjusting your behaviour to the person you talk to so you can tune into his energy level, understand them better and also...people like familiar and looking-alike things so if you are able to be similar to them, you are winning their heart! Proven strategy!

Day 24 - quote: “I've learned that people will forget what you said, people will forget what you did, but people will never forget how you made them feel.” That will do the describing.

Take one day to finish the lesson.

Day 25 - Shy and introverted people are not assertive enough. And people generally are not keen to let you speak just like this. You gotta earn your turn.

It will take 1 day to finish the lesson.

Day 26 - It is the worst mistake you can make so you better stay clear of it. If you do everything well but mess this up, you can pack up and go home because it ain't gonna happen.

Take 1 day to finish it.

Day 27 - As entrance is important, leaving is as important as the entrance is. People who know when to cut it and not hold the others are enormously appreciated and you want to be one of them!

Day 28 - Check in with yourself. It's worth it. Do you really want this?
