Cosa significa Smart Working

Smart working non significa lavoro da casa, ma un processo complesso di riorganizzazione del lavoro alla luce dell’innovazione digitale. In queste lezioni si analizza lo smart working e il quadro normativo in cui si inserisce, per comprenderne minacce e opportunità ed individuare i fattori che ne favoriscono lo sviluppo e gli ostacoli che ne limitano le potenzialità.

Prepararsi allo Smart Working

In questo modulo è approfondito il tema delle competenze necessarie allo svolgimento dello smart working, analizzando i ruoli e le responsabilità coinvolte nel sistema organizzativo digitale. Saranno inoltre proposte alcune best practices e suggerimenti d’uso di alcuni strumenti online che permettono di organizzare e gestire al meglio il lavoro a distanza e il lavoro agile.

Il mio lavoro

Lo smart working - e in modo anche maggiore il lavoro da casa - impone anche una riorganizzazione del proprio tempo e degli spazi di lavoro. In questo modulo sono individuati alcuni strumenti e strategie per gestire in maniera equilibrata il lavoro e la vita privata, necessari per ridurre lo stress e abituarsi alla nuova routine lavorativa.

Team Building e Team Working

In questo modulo sono approfondite le tecniche per lavorare in gruppo in modalità smart, per migliorare la cooperazione e il lavoro di squadra. A partire da semplici indicazioni tecniche e di metodo sarà possibile imparare a gestire al meglio meeting, videoconferenze, brainstorming, distribuzione e coordinamento delle task di lavoro, con l’uso di alcuni dei software maggiormente in uso.
