Basically agile software development refers to an iterative approach to software delivery based on building and delivering the software piece by piece from start to finish, rather than all at once at the end. Being "agile" means having collaborative efforts and cross-functional teams.

Scrum is an agile framework for project management founded on principles of teamwork, accountability, and repeatable steps towards a goal. The term "scrum" is intended to stress the importance of working as a team in complex product development.
