Successful completion of a program involves more than simply delivering the program to the sponsoring organization. You must also ensure that the organization is prepared to maintain the program into the future. In Program Management: Sustaining Your Program’s Benefits After Delivery, you will learn foundational knowledge to successfully transition the stewardship of your program to the sponsoring organization.

First, you will learn how to identify variances between what your program has produced and what your stakeholders were expecting. Next, you will explore how to develop a plan to transition the stewardship of your program deliverables to the sponsoring organization. Finally, you will discover how to ensure that the benefits created by your program will continue after delivery.
