فى نهاية المشروع ده هتقدر تحمل و تنظم بياناتك بطريقة سهلة و فعالة باستخدام Microsoft Excel. خلال المشروع هتقدر تحمل البيانات على النسخة المجانية ل Microsoft excel على ال internet. نقدر نستخدم مميزات ال excel فى البحث و الترتيب و التصفية., هتقدر تعالج البيانات عشان تبقى مفيدة فى اتخاذ اى قرار فى ال business . باستخدام ميزة التصفية, هتقدر تظهر البيانات المطلوبة و تخفى الباقى. و بميزة الترتيب, هتقدر ترتب البيانات بتسلسل منطقي بحيث انك توصل لقرار فعال. و آخر ميزة و هي البحث, هتقدر تحدد موقع قيمة خلية معينة في جدول البيانات و تستبدلها تلقائيا بقيمة اخرى و كمان هنتعلم الوظائف اللى ممكن تساعدنا في البحث عن البيانات.هذا المشروع مخصص للأشخاص المبتدئين في excel والمهتمين بمجال البيانات وتحليلها باستخدام أدوات ووظائف EXCEL و ممكن الاشخاص اللى محتاجين excel فى شغلهم. لان كل المجالات تحتاج excel علشان تخلص شغلها بطريقه اسهل واسرع لإنجاز العمل .زي معالجة الكلمات والنصوص واستخدام المعادلات والوظائف والدالات.الأكسل EXCEL هو احد البرامج التي أنتجتها شركة مايكروسوفت العملاقة.وهو أداة عظيمة من أجل حفظ البيانات و التعامل مع الجداول والأرقام لأنك تستطيع من خلال البرنامج ده انك تنجز برنامج مهمات كثيرة بمجرد إتقانك للمعدلات وطريقة كتابتها حيث يحتوي البرنامج على عشرات الدوال الحسابية وتقدر تقدم كتابة مئات المعادلات يستطيع الباحث أن يحصل على معدلات حسابية وقيم المجموع و غيرها من القيم الأكثر تعقيدا بمجرد إدخال البيانات التي تحصل عليها.وبرضو تقدر تنجز عمليات الفرز و التصفية خلال لحظات قليلة.ويقدم لك الكسل خدمة جميلة بتحويل بياناتك على شكل شرائح مصورة وبمختلف الأشكال لدعم مشاريعك.و بالطبع فأن كل برنامج تنتجه شركة مايكروسوفت ويجب أن يكون له أهداف المحددة والواضحة والتي يستفيد منها مستخدمي الكمبيوتر.
