Having never used Salesforce before, I think this is an excellent overview of the basic things you can do with it.

It occurred to me, though, that since I have never used Salesforce outside the testing environment, I really didn't have a feel for how the users that I would support actually use the product.

I plan on taking the subsequent Sys Admin course as part of my career growth plan.

Cheers, I did the course to 1) see how the programme could work in our business and 2) explore whether or not I wanted to do Sys Admin.

As someone very new to Salesforce and looking into purchasing and becoming a sys admin, in the time of the course I learnt all the basics and got a great idea of how to use the product.

I am planning to become a sys admin and this course was incredibly helpful in getting an introduction to the system and basic functions.
