Trello is an amazing tool but before you can take it further than anyone else, you need to understand the basics. In this lecture we will go over the layout of the course so you know what to expect and how to get the most out of it.

This is Trello 101. Learn the basic structure of Trello and get that down before you move on to the Google extensions that will help you fall in love with Trello.

Trello's card system can do so much and in my opinion, do it better than any other free planning tool on the market today. Learn the power of Trello cards in this lecture.

Don't you just love bells and whistles? I know I get excited when I find better and better ways to use Trello's functions - ok, I am a total geek. Enjoy!

Become a pro planner by putting what you have learned about Trello into action in this lecture. We will walk through how to set up a project and all the different ways you can approach the concept of lists.

Now it's your turn to take what you have learned and put it to use. Studies have found that when you apply what you have learned immediately, you have a much greater success rate. Get to work right now!

This is my favorite Trello extension. In this lecture you will learn how to add a colorful background without having to upgrade to the Pro version.

I don't believe in adding extra work. So why add labels unless you have an effective use for them? In this lecture you will see how you can sort and filter by labels making it easier to see what you have to do.

Do you need to act on many of the emails you receive? This Trello extension helps you quickly move an email on to your to-do list.

Are you easily overwhelmed or distracted when you have too many tabs open? Do you like your browser bar to be as clean as possible? This extension will allow you to quickly access your Trello boards without having Trello open all the time.

The biggest thing I never liked about Trello was how long the board scrolled across the screen. I hated having to scroll right to left to see all of my cards. This extension allows you to stack your card vertically or in a grid.

Do you bill clients based on time logs? Do you need to keep track of how long you work on any given task? This power extension is extremely useful for tracking your time on any given card.

Here are a series of quick screen shots to see each extension and where it appears on your computer screen.

Thank you so much for taking the time to go through this course. In this wrap up I have a few last tidbits for you as well as providing a final overview of how to make Trello work the best for your.

If you like to have your deadlines appear on your Google Calendar, this little trick will allow you to do just that. In this lecture you will learn how to automatically have the due dates associated with an individual board appear on your calendar.
