Цель данного курса – анализ содержания и важнейших направлений, моделей и методов работы с персоналом в организации. Курс состоит из 3 тематических разделов: технология мотивационного менеджмента, технология диагностики и оптимизации организационной культуры и технология организационной лояльности. Целью раздела 1. «Технология мотивационного менеджмента» является систематизированное изложение теоретических и прикладных аспектов трудовой мотивации, знания психологических и организационных факторов мотивации профессиональной деятельности сотрудников в организации, удовлетворенности трудом и эффективности деятельности. Целью раздела 2. «Технология диагностики и оптимизации организационной культуры» является формирование понятийного аппарата в области теории и практики организационной культуры, технологии формирования и методов диагностики организационной культуры, понимание актуальных проблем современной практики в этой области. Целью раздела 3. «Технология организационной лояльности» является систематизированное изложение основных аспектов лояльности персонала, представление о психологических и организационных факторах, способствующих повышению лояльности сотрудников к организации, умение использовать методы диагностики и технологии повышения уровня лояльности сотрудников к организации.
