En este tercer curso de la Especialidad en Gestión de Proyectos destacaremos las habilidades que el director de proyectos debe desarrollar para ser un ejemplo de liderazgo ante su equipo de trabajo y otros involucrados en el proyecto.

En este segundo tema, repasaremos elementos relevantes que deberás tomar en cuenta para desarrollar a cada una de las personas que integran el equipo de trabajo, para conducirlas en conjunto hacia el logro de los objetivos.

En este tercer tema, repasaremos elementos relevantes que deberás tomar en cuenta, para desarrollar a cada una de las personas que integran el equipo de trabajo y para conducirlas en conjunto hacia el logro de los objetivos.
Tema 4. La negociación como fortaleza del líder de proyecto
En este último tema del curso comprenderemos el proceso de negociación y la manera en cómo se puede aplicar la inteligencia emocional para aprender a evitar que ésta tome el control durante una negociación.
