El Agile Coaching es un modelo de gestión que ayuda a las organizaciones a traspasar fronteras y a crear una cultura de mejora continua en todos sus ámbitos formando equipos ágiles de trabajo. Al incorporar ideas de metodologías ágiles y su iteración, las personas actúan con rapidez y prontitud, son capaces de crear, se sienten orgullosos de los resultados obtenidos.
