Qu'est-ce que la mentalisation ?
Dans ce module, nous vous proposons de définir le concept de mentalisation comme une des fonctions de l'imagination. Mentaliser correspond à la capacité de se voir de l'extérieur et de voir l'autre de l'intérieur. Vous découvrirez quels sont les substrats neurobiologiques de la mentalisation et ses liens avec des concepts voisins tels que l'empathie et la pleine conscience. Enfin, vous verrez que la mentalisation sert à gérer les émotions et représente une partie essentielle de toute communication grâce à la prise en compte des états mentaux de chacun.
