Have you been using vision boards, goal setting, and lots of mental effort to create more of what you want in life, with little to no results?

Let me guess, you've got images on your phone you look at several times a day, mind movies on your desk top, and think about your dreams and aspirations constantly. You even feel guilty when you don't because you once heard an expert that if you don't hold your visions in your mind, nothing will happen.

So, what gives? Why can't you make your dreams turn into realities, faster?

Have you been using vision boards, goal setting, and lots of mental effort to create more of what you want in life, with little to no results?

Let me guess, you've got images on your phone you look at several times a day, mind movies on your desk top, and think about your dreams and aspirations constantly. You even feel guilty when you don't because you once heard an expert that if you don't hold your visions in your mind, nothing will happen.

So, what gives? Why can't you make your dreams turn into realities, faster?

Turning thoughts to things, specifically your visions into experiences, isn't about intellect fortitude. It's not about how creative you are in your thoughts or how disciplined in your mental habits.

Visualization is an intellectual faculty, yes, but one that begins on a much more basic, simpler level. Visualization has been massively misunderstood for centuries. It's time to change that, clearing up misunderstandings, rumors, and myths.

In VM 201, you're learning how to use the innate tool of visualization, also known as imagination, to assist you in creating more of the good stuff in life. Using the 3 most effective learning tools of audio, video, and text, you'll discover what visualization truly is, how it works, and why visualization success is not about thinking harder or dreaming bigger. You'll learn why it's difficult to mentally envision the unforeseeable future, why attempting this slows your results, and what you can do to soften your angst.

VM 201 is for advanced, self-motivated students who thrive on taking their learning—what to do and when to do it, into their own hands. Because of the unique design of this class, the transformational activities are strategically interwoven directly into the text. This is not a step-by-step, or a do this and then that and you'll get XYZ result, class. It caters to the creative student who's an independent decision maker. Students are required to choose the right activities for them, independently integrate the ideas in real life, and

This is a brief video share what my approach is to teaching, learning, mastery of a subject and what I expect of all my students. I've added this video to all my classes.

This is my disclaimer. It just says ... well, that this program should not be showing up on other websites illegally, that would be pirating, and very naughty.

A brief description of who this class is for and what we'll be learning.

The preface is a snapshot of what to do if you get lost in this course, meaning you're having trouble being patient crafting your new results and decide to throw in the towel (which I know you won't ... throw in the towel, that is.)

This frequency stuff is the one of the things that the "living masters" of personal develop live and teach. I'm giving you all the tips, tools, and strategies I've learned from the masters I've worked with such as Bob Proctor to super charge your results.

Learn what visualization is, and why it's the most important practical tool for getting the results you want. Jump right on into this life-changin lesson and let's get started!

Please make sure that you do not allow Udemy's auto play feature to skip over the pdf's. Your success is dependent on how much you engage with the transformational activities! DO NOT LET THAT PART SLIDE!

Please join me, and your fellow students, in a very special FB group where we'd love to hear about your "Aha" moments, what's working for you and any questions you might have about what you're learning in this course. This group is dedicated to positivity, giving to and supporting each other, and finding solutions (not expanding problems). No solicitations, spamming, or negativity will be tolerated. This is a safe and sacred space for learning. https://www.facebook.com/groups/sutterinstitute/

Turning thoughts to things happens all day long. What most people mean when they refer to "turning a thought to a thing" is manifesting more of the stuff they want ... not more of the stuff they don't want.

In this impromptu video, I walk you through how a vision of mine—writing a children's book—started and where it is now (as of this filming on March 2, 2016). I show, step-by-step, you how this vision is expanding and why it's happening so fast.

UPDATE: As of July 2020, I've written and published to children's book, Ebb and Flo: A Day at the Beach and Wow Cat's Adventure with Adjectives. Both are available on Amazon or you can see them here. https://allison-sutter.mykajabi.com/children-s-books

I also wrote a self-help book which was a slightly larger vision. https://allison-sutter.mykajabi.com/accelerate-your-mojo-book

This is how I've used visualization to personally get more comfortable public speaking.

Have you ever considered how your decision of success might be holding you back? Write out your definition. Be honest. Don't write what you think you should write, or what the correct answer is (there's isn't one), just write what you believe it is in the most honest way you can.

This creation box activity can help you become more aware of how you feel. Emotional awareness is critical to the success of your turning thoughts to things. Be sure to do this activity and then take the muscle that your building in this activity and transfer it over to your visualizations.

Visualization can be a great emotional stabilizer. Even better than a shot of vodka. When you hold the image of what you want on the screen of your mind, and you feel good about it's inevitable completion, you can move yourself out of frustration and into a state of ease about it not being complete ... anytime, anywhere, quickly. It is the ultimate replacement for any emotional crutch.

I don't make it a habit of sharing my personal voicemails publicly. In fact, I don't do it at all. But after some consideration, Ally and I decided that this particular voicemail had brilliant content that might be helpful to you as you learn to be a more competent "visualizer". This recording is of a voicemail from my dear friend, Ally Loprete, left on my phone in March, 2015. It's incredible, inspiring and intimate; it's a private moment between two great friends.

So why am I sharing it with you?

Because I believe that if you're struggling with a similar issue as Ally was (at the time), that using her "pull back" visualization technique might help you. And understanding how to visualization is what this course is all about.

Would you believe that WHAT you believe is the foundation of your success in life? It is. As good, or as scary, as that sounds, it's true. In this lesson I walk you through how to change your limiting beliefs about yourself, how much money you can make, how much health you can have and what you're able to accomplish in life ... so that you can finally get it!

There is a new theory developing about the mind. For 60 years we've been talking about the mind and how the subconscious portion contains limiting beliefs that are sabotaging our results. We've spent years trying to figure out how to "reprogram" it so it will behave. But what if we've been wrong this whole time? What is we don't actually have a subconscious mind? Find out more in this audio.

What you might discover is that while you have an unconscious mind and unconscious processes such as the sleep state and bodily functions that we don't consciously think about, it might serve you to begin questioning whether or not we have a subconscious mind and thoughts. It might be just the thing to set you free to get better and faster results.

Have you ever heard the term: inside-out living? It's a relatively new concept to the personal development mindscape and really catching on. Living "inside-out" is the fastest way to change a result. Learn how to stop obsessing about what is (i.e. the "is-ness of "reality") so that you can create what you want—faster. In this lesson I teach you how to grow your awareness about how you feel, from a whisper to what I describe as a "super awareness".

This new super-awareness that your developing is you key to expansive and continual results getting. It's help me have smoother relationships with my kids, create best selling books for both myself and my 12 year-old daughter, start a business and much more.

Don't wait on this lesson!

In Napoleon Hill's book Think and Grow Rich, he talks about the power of desire. Did you know that desire is incredibly important to getting what you want in life to move from an idea to a tangible thing? You might even say ... you won't get your results unless you REALLY want them. Desire has the power to unleash creativity, motivation, unlimited energy, focus, will power and the more than enough of the "umph" that's required for you to succeed in getting what you want in life. Think of desire as the Tsunami of emotions.

Learn how to harness your power of desire in easy, do-able steps! If you get started now, you've got a good shot at getting killer results in 30 days.

Oh, and by the way, in this section you learn how the natural power of visualize (or see what you want in your mind's eye) in a sensual, or sexual, encounter is a transferable skill that can also increase your success with money, health, and happiness.

I wrote this book many years ago. I considered deleting it from this curriculum because I have changed so much as a person and in my beliefs. I always want to represent the most up-to-date version of me to my students.

But, I'm leaving it in because it might serve one of you in some way.

This book much better represents where I am and how I think in 2020. https://allison-sutter.mykajabi.com/accelerate-your-mojo-book

This is a list of books that I've read many times and have helped me understand the nature of reality and how we fit into the whole bigger picture. My theme personally, in the work that I create, is "spiritually scientific". I like my science but I also like my spiritual information, too.

If you're looking for a good read and want to grow personally, check out any book on the list.
