"Diseño de cursos para la comprensión de grandes ideas" es una experiencia de aprendizaje en la red que forma parte del Programa Especializado sobre diseño de instrucción por enfoque de Grandes Ideas que ofrece Uniandes en plataforma Coursera. Construye sobre los resultados del curso sobre "Análisis del contexto para fundamentar diseño de instrucción" y sirve de base para aprovechar el curso "Docencia con pedagogía activa usando tecnología digital".

Es una asignatura totalmente en la red, requiere cerca de 30 horas de trabajo autónomo, dosificables en seis semanas, 5 a 6 horas por semana.

Incluye tres módulos en los que se aplica diseño sistemático "de atrás hacia adelante", por lo que primero se determina "qué aprender", en términos de conceptos fundamentales que interesa perduren en el tiempo (a los que llamamos "Grandes Ideas"--GI); sobre esta base, se establece "cómo saber que se aprendió lo deseado", mediante alineación de distintas instancias de evaluación de los aprendizaje con las GI y definición del respectivo sistema de evaluación . El "cómo y con qué aprender" se diseñan definiendo estrategias de aprendizaje activo, mediadas con tecnología digital y recursos y actividades aplicables.

A lo largo del programa cada quien trabaja en diseñar su propio curso, con guías para autocontrolar la calidad de lo hecho. Si el estudiante desea certificación, debe (1) pagar inscripción en Coursera, (2) someter a evaluación por pares el diseño que haya hecho, superando 80% de umbral de logro frente a rúbricas definidas, así como (3) dar información de retorno a no menos de dos compañeros de estudio, asignados al azar por el sistema.

M1C2 es el módulo 1 del curso 2 "diseño sistemático de cursos para comprender Grandes ideas", del Programa Especializado sobre DiCuxGI. Este módulo se desarrolla en dos semanas; esta es la primera y te ayudará a entender cómo derivar de las necesidades educativas los conceptos que se desea perduren en el tiempo y cómo dar estructura modular a un curso a partir de sus grandes ideas y los entendimientos perdurables que las desarrollan. En esta segunda semana del módulo 1 del curso 2 del PE DiCuxGI trataremos de transferir lo definido en el diseño de curso al programa (syllabus) del curso respectivo. También generaremos conocimiento a partir de la experiencia.

M2C2 Redacción y clasificación de objetivos de aprendizaje - semana 3

M2C2 es el módulo 2 del curso 2 "diseño sistemático de cursos para comprender Grandes ideas", del Programa Especializado sobre DiCuxGI. Te ayudará a entender lo que queremos decir con evaluación educativa y cómo llevarla a la práctica al formular el sistema de evaluación de los aprendizajes en un curso por enfoque de grandes ideas. Sus lecciones inician numeración con el prefijo 5, pues construyen sobre las de los módulos 1 del curso 2.

M2C2 Sistema de evaluación en el diseño de instrucción - semana 4

M3C2 El cómo y el con qué propiciar que haya aprendizaje - semana 5

M2C3 es el módulo 3 del curso 2 "diseño sistemático de cursos para comprender Grandes ideas", del Programa Especializado sobre DiCuxGI. Te ayudará a entender qué compone y cómo se define la mezcla de dimensiones que conviene tenga el programa de un curso en modalidad mediada con tecnologías digitales y que hace uso de pedagogía activa. En atención a esto, el módulo dedicará buena parte del esfuerzo a la exploración de conceptos pedagógicos y técnicas didácticas con las que se instrumentan estrategias pedagógicas y a explorar oportunidades tecnológicas para hacerlas funcionales.
