You do not need any programming knowledge because we will be using the flow builder interface from Chatfuel which is very interactive, intuitive and logical. But you do need a Facebook account and a fully functioning Facebook business page in order to test the bot.

Note: This course works best for learners who are based in the North America region. We’re currently working on providing the same experience in other regions.

Syllabus

Project Overview
In this one hour long project, we will be building a lead generation chatbot with Email and Google sheets automation which will be able to interact with your customers and generate lead automatically for you. We will begin this 1-hour long project by creating a Chatfuel account and taking an overview of Chatfuel’s dashboard. Then we will build the Welcome message and Menu. Then we will build a section for HOT leads for those visitors who want to buy a car named “Book a test drive”. We will be prioritizing these customers. The next section will be “Explore new OFFERS” for those visitors who might be looking for a discount or coupon. The third section will be a contact us section named “Talk to our advisors” where our visitors can contact us directly or leave us a message. We will be creating email automation for all 3 sections so that you as an admin will receive mail every time a visitor interacts with a bot. We will be integrating Google sheets to the first section “Book a test drive” in order to capture lead information in real-time. In the final task, we will be testing the bot through Messenger.
