To kick things off we concentrated on the 2D Games that are topping the charts and being Published by Voodoo right now. Interesting to see that out of the Top 20 Games in the App Store, in the Hyper Casual Game Genre, 2d slightly pipped 3D. A 60% / 40% split in favour showing that 2D is still very much a solid option.

We start with a look at Ketchapp. We have a quick look at Bulkybrains new game concept, take it for a test drive and deep dive into some inspiring ideas, ending on a quick round of game mocks in photoshop.

It's Workshop time, and this week we show you how to create stunning logos for your games that anyone can do regardless of skills and experience. If you're not a graphics whizz, then this workshop is for you!
We fire up Photoshop ( although these techniques can be applied to any graphics package ) and we show you the design principles and techniques that we use when creating our Logos. We visit some of our favourite websites to draw inspiration from and show you exactly how you can produce a Kickass home screen logo for your game.
We also took a deep dive into the Voodoo portfolio and de-constructed the new Hyper Casual Level Progression system that will be a solid staple over the next few months.
