Este curso tiene un enfoque principal en las empresas manufactureras y para el desarrollo de los diferentes contenidos se abordará desde una visión holística que permita tener una visión no sólo desde la estructura de la organización y sus diferentes líneas de producción, sino también trabajar desde la perspectiva del individuo y la interacción entre sus recursos humanos, quienes son los realmente hacedores de la innovación.

En este caso particular trabajaremos en la empresa Alpina Productos Alimenticios S.A. BIC, la cual genera más de 4.800 empleados directos e ingresos de operación cercanos a los 1.8 billones de pesos colombianos (COP), se encuentra entre las 10 mayores empresas del sector de alimentos y bebidas en Colombia con presencia en más de 16 países.
