Dans ce MOOC, nous avons fait le choix de ne présenter que de courtes vidéos théoriques: des articles vous sont proposés pour intégrer la théorie. Nous avons choisi de faire le plus de liens possibles entre théorie et pratique, pour privilégier ainsi la mise en œuvre de ces théories dans des exemples de supervision cliniques. Nous avons donc construit de nombreux exemples vidéos de situations de supervision sur lesquelles vous aurez l’occasion de travailler.

Les objectifs et les contenus de chaque module sont présentés au début de chaque module dans un chapitre d’introduction par la coordinatrice, Virginie Muller-Juge. Par ailleurs, vous retrouverez tout au long de chaque module l'un ou l'autre de nos experts qui vous accompagnera en vous expliquant les activités, en vous présentant une situation clinique, ou encore en vous exposant quelques notions théoriques.

  • À la fin de cette formation, vous serez capables de:
  • Le raisonnement clinique est un processus cognitif complexe réalisé par tous les cliniciens qui tentent de cerner un phénomène pathologique chez le patient dans le but de poser les actions appropriées. le résultat du processus peut prendre la forme d’un diagnostic, mais, souvent, le résultat est plus complexe et a pour objectif de catégoriser les problèmes pour ensuite décider adéquatement des actions à entreprendre.
  • Le raisonnement clinique étant central à la plus grande part des décisions prises en clinique, il est indispensable de l’enseigner de façon la plus pertinente possible. de plus, considérant qu’environ 10% des apprenants rencontrent des difficultés majeures de raisonnement clinique à un moment donné de leur cursus, il est déterminant de former les superviseurs à des interventions pédagogiques efficaces, pour ultimement assurer l’efficacité des interventions et des diagnostics cliniques auprès des patients.
  • Nos universités ont développé une large expertise dans ce domaine. les professeurs faisant partie de ce projet ont publié de nombreux articles et ont animé diverses formations sur ce thème, dans le cadre de nos institutions, mais aussi très régulièrement lors de congrès nationaux et internationaux.
  • Ce mooc s’inscrit dans la prolongation d’un premier mooc (mooc processus de raisonnement clinique) développé par la faculté de médecine de l’université de montréal et mis en ligne depuis l’automne 2015.

Objectif: Le participant sera capable de suivre le processus de raisonnement clinique de son stagiaire, à l’aide du modèle « Processus de raisonnement clinique ».
Module 3: La supervision clinique: stratégies principales
Objectif: Le participant sera capable d’établir le parallèle entre le raisonnement pédagogique et le raisonnement clinique et de connaître les stratégies pédagogiques nécessaires pour une supervision clinique efficace.
Module 4: Les méthodes de supervision du raisonnement clinique
Objectif: Le participant sera capable d’utiliser des méthodes de supervision clinique pertinentes en fonction du contexte et des niveaux de l'apprenant.
Module 5: Le diagnostic pédagogique des difficultés de raisonnement clinique
Objectif: Le participant sera capable de poser un diagnostic pédagogique à propos du raisonnement clinique de l'apprenant et des difficultés potentielles rencontrées, en utilisant un processus de raisonnement pédagogique rigoureux.
Module 6: La remédiation des difficultés de raisonnement clinique
Objectif: Le participant sera capable de proposer des stratégies de soutien spécifiques aux difficultés identifiées.
Module 7: De l'importance des compétences transversales pour mieux raisonner
Objectif: Le participant sera capable de soutenir le développement des compétences transversales chez son stagiaire pour le bon déroulement de son raisonnement clinique.
Module 8: Conclusion du MOOC et pistes pour aller plus loin
Objectif: Le participant aura l’occasion de développer une démarche réflexive sur l’ensemble de ses supervisions, fera le point sur l’atteinte de ses objectifs personnels dans le cadre de ce MOOC, et aura à disposition différentes références ainsi que quelques pistes pour poursuivre sa formation sur la supervision du raisonnement clinique.
