You want to immigrate to Canada... but it feels out of reach - too expensive or too complicated.

  • Gathering essential documents

  • Preparing for, and completing, your Express Entry Profile

Navigate Immigration Canada's application procedures for permanent residence, and avoid missing important deadlines using:

Express Entry is the fast-track, criteria-based application system for experienced professionals and skilled workers who want to live permanently in Canada. Note: The province of Quebec is not part of Express Entry.

Through extensive research and assisting immigrants, I have become passionate about Express Entry as a way for immigrants to achieve their dream of moving to Canada and becoming a permanent resident. I continue to stay on top of immigration changes and will keep this course current.

This course It compiles information from IRCC and other online sources, so that you can access it all in one place, in an organized way.

There is no legal requirement for you to hire a lawyer or consultant to apply through Canada's Express Entry system. You can save thousands of dollars by going through the process on your own. As long as there are no legal complications or background police issues that might complicate your case - in which case you may need to hire a representative such as a consultant.

Get ready to:

  • Prepare your best Express Entry Profile

  • Avoid typical mistakes made by applicants, and

  • Maximize your CRS score

The process of applying for permanent residence to Canada is extensively detailed and readily available to all applicants on the Immigration Canada website. Reading and making sense of this huge source of information is, however, overwhelming. It takes a great deal of time, money, motivation and organization to stay on track and complete the application process on your own. And in the end, there is no guarantee. Your application is decided by government officials and cannot be guaranteed by anyone.

Let me help you stay organized and on track.

In this course you will learn:

  • Who Express Entry is for, and whether you're eligible for any of the Federal or Provincial Programs

  • How to estimate your CRS score before applying

  • How to understand your ranking in the candidate pool to see how competitive your application would be

  • What to do after submitting your application

  • How to obtain supporting documents

  • How to complete the Express Entry profile section by section using tutorials

  • How to calculate costs of immigration

  • How to meet deadlines

  • How to start the search for a job

The first steps in the immigration process are the most time consuming - including proving your language abilities, education credentials, checking your eligibility, and collecting the information needed to complete your profile application. This course outlines these steps, and gives you the resources to access and complete them.

This course DOES NOT cover in detail the final steps of completing your eAPR application for permanent residence. However, it gives tips to navigate the general process of preparing the application and what happens afterward.

This course is kept up to date with current immigration procedures to the best of my ability. It is, however, your responsibility to complete the research process by checking current deadlines and minimum requirements before submitting anything. I provide resources and links for each step so you know where to look for news and updates.

  • Maximiser votre score SCG.
