In this course, you'll gain an overview of Amazon's most important big data services. You'll learn the capabilities of each service in AWS and see some demos!

AWS is short Amazon Web Services which is Amazon's cloud computing platform for consumers, companies and even governments.

Big data is data sets that are too large or complex for traditional data processing software. Usually containing massive files and extensively growing over time, big data has many varieties, volumes, velocities and veracities.

This is a beginner course therefore no prerequisites are required. This course will show you the capabilities of each service within AWS. Having a good understanding of Information Technology is always a plus but not required.

Big data is always classified into three sections: Structured Data, Semi-Structured Data, and Unstructured Data.
