Assertiveness - 8 Techniques for Difficult Conversations

Assertiveness: A fast paced practical guide for everyday Assertiveness and Confidence

How do you want to live your life? Do you want to passively accept the things that are given to you or do you want to stand up for yourself and choose your own path? Are you tired of feeling overlooked, undervalued, and unhappy? Do you suffer from low self-esteem and find it hard to get what you want out of life? If you’ve ever wished to boost your confidence and start standing up for yourself then this course is for you. Discover the power of assertiveness and transform your life today. Embrace confidence, enhance your communication, and conquer self-doubt to unlock a life of happiness and success.

I've made several other courses on assertiveness but this is my favourite one - it includes absolutely everything I've covered in my decades of teaching and is a 100% complete guide. You'll never need another assertiveness course after this - it's totally comprehensive.

Our natural state before we learn about assertiveness is to either choose aggressive or submissive (or most likely to swing wildly between the two) but learning about assertiveness is the magic answer. We all get frustrated when we feel taken advantage of, or might respond aggressively when we feel provoked or trapped... but with assertiveness the goal is to create win-win situations where both parties are happy. You can take control of your life and your environment without needing to be angry, manipulative or disliked. Simply state and set your boundaries calmly and be honest with the people around you. This course reveals what assertiveness really means, and how it differs from aggression, and outlines specific techniques you can use to respond to challenging situations and difficult people. It's amazingly effective and will absolutely change your life both at work and at home.

By the time you finish this course, you will possess powerful assertiveness skills, and be poised to navigate any situation confidently and respectfully.  You will understand how to apply assertiveness techniques to various real-life scenarios, such as dealing with difficult people, managing stress, setting goals, and maintaining healthy relationships. This practical course reveals a 4-step process that will teach you what to say in every difficult situation, allowing you to stand up for your own rights while still respecting the rights of others.

Chris Croft is an international speaker, and widely published author, who's been teaching assertiveness to businesses and individuals for over 25 years. He's taught all over the world, as well as online, and has an entertaining and practical teaching style. This course is guaranteed to keep you engaged and amused, and teach you life-changing skills for home and work.
