Tema 2. Megatendencias y emprendimiento
Bienvenido al tema 2 del curso de Fundamentos del emprendimiento en la empresa familiar. A lo largo de este tema comprenderás los tipos de innovación que existen y que impactan en las empresas familiares y cómo las megatendencias influyen en el entorno y desarrollo de una empresa familiar.
Tema 3. Ideación y validación de mercado
¿Sabías que la ideación es a menudo la etapa más emocionante en el desarrollo de un proyecto? A lo largo de este tema conocerás diferentes herramientas para la ideación, así como también, una metodología y una técnica para llevarla a cabo. De igual manera, te presentaremos herramientas para la validación del producto o servicio en el mercado.
Tema 4. Propuesta de valor
A lo largo de este tema comprenderás cómo el reconocimiento de la oportunidad se centra en el cliente, siempre y cuando se tenga límites y orientación a resolver las necesidades del cliente. Además, conocerás cuáles son los elementos importantes para generar un modelo de negocios.
Tema 5. Presentación para venta (inversionistas familiares y no familiares)
A lo largo de este tema conocerás una herramienta para demostrar emprendimiento a inversionistas, clientes y socios llamado “Pitch Deck”; de igual manera conocerás conceptos, modelos y herramientas para el desarrollo del intraemprendimiento en la empresa familiar.
