The Lean Startup

Lean Startup is a new, field-tested philosophy that provides you with a toolset to minimize failure and increase your chances of success. Learn why hundreds of companies, from financial services companies like Wealthfront to social companies like IMVU to large corporations such as Intuit, are using this revolutionary technique.

But what is Lean Startup, or more importantly, how do I implement Lean principles into my own company? Well, to answer that question, we've brought in the Godfather of Lean Startup himself, Eric Ries. Not only has he written the book on "The Lean Startup," but he has also now created THE course on Lean Startup.

Eric brought in all of the leaders in the movement to talk to you about what lean startup is and how to implement it into your company. This course is the real deal - it's the most content you'll ever get on the Lean Startup in one place. More importantly, it is curated - Eric has personally taken the most important aspects of Lean Startup and condensed it into a single course. And then he added a few dozen case studies of it by including bonus material from the definitive conferences on the subject.

What people are saying

lean startup

I was left with a partial understanding of the Lean Startup concept.

the lean startup guides the entrepreneurs how to start their business slowly with MVP and do not overate the expectation from the initiation of the project.

I was expecting a course that will explain the concepts of Lean Startup, as an alternative for reading the whole book.

To me, this didn't feel like a course, but three interviews with people who used the Lean Startup for their business and explain how it worked for them.

Lean startup makes so much sense it's not funny.

I see that Eric applied the lean startup for this course creation, and that is why I am happy with it!

But I think I'd rather read a book about Lean Startup and see some free videos then to buy this.

Simple to get to know Lean Startup from the real successful entrepreneurs' experience.

Good overview of the Lean Startup method.

It was an amazing way of learning about Lean Startup using real examples.

I totally recommend it Very valuable introduction and overview of lean startup.

Bummer After reading the Lean Startup and following Eric's blog for a number of years I was very excited to find this course available online.

For those of you just starting out in the Lean Startup I would recommend rather buying and reading the book.

Having said that, I thought the vast majority of the Lean Startup course was sane and substantive.

Great speakers, especially Eric Ries himself.

The interviews with various folks were not as good as when Eric Ries speaks just himself.

interviews with

Instead it was six short sessions that were essentially interviews with established businesses.

For the people that hadn't read the book, they found the content structure a bit confusing and quite repetitive, this is because of how Eric has put the content together through interviews with successful entrepreneurs telling their story which results in a large amount of repetition.

his book

Eric is great and the interview makes fun but i kind of hoped for a more structured and general approach Its mostly similar to the concepts written in his book, nothing new.

But for the cost, there just isn't enough information compared to what is in his book.
