For each section you will learn what they are, what their purpose is, see examples of good Vision and Mission Statements and then I will show you how to write your Vision and Mission Statements and how to use the templates I created for you. After that you will learn about Business Goals and Objectives. You will learn what they are, what their purpose is and then see some good examples of Goals and Objectives. Then, I will walk you through how to write your Business Goals and Objectives. I have created an easy-to-follow templates for writing your goals and objectives and will show you how to use them. My goal for you by the time you reach the end of this course is that you will feel well prepared to create these foundational building blocks for your company.
