Robert has worked in over 50 countries with the UN, World Bank, governments, cities and businessess. The author of eight books - including Terra Incognita (out in 2020), he is a regular contributor to the Atlantic, BBC, CNN, Financial Times, Guardian, New York Times, and Wired and gave TED talks in 2014, 2017 and 2019.
