Are you working in the tourism industry? Do you want to? Are you performing a tour or an experience? Do you have a general interest in the tourism industry? Do you want to learn new skills? If yes you are more than welcome.

Here you will get the logical framework that we will follow. Our courses would have 4 main thematics. Firstly, we will analyse some main topics around the creation of tourism experiences and tours.  Then we will examine what needs to be prepared before the first client arrives. In the third thematic, we will dive into how we can create our tourism experiences/tours. The next thematic will be what we do when the client arrives and the last one what we do to improve our business and some insight thoughts. Any question you may have will be answered and analysed and obviously, as always you will receive many real-life examples.

In this chapter, we are going to start with the most basic definition ''What is a tour?'' and we are going to see who can participate and also some examples of tours.

What is an experience? In this chapter we will see the definition of an experience, we will examine the theory of experience economy and we will see the adaptation of experience economy into the field of the tourism industry. After you complete this chapter it will be clear what is a tourism experience.

What are the main differences between a tour and a tourism Experience? That is the main question we will focus on in this lecture but also we will some examples to justify our findings.

As the title mentioned in this chapter, we will provide evidence that justified if everyone can perform a tourism experience.

In the Part 1 we will see how to start our experiences/tour. How important it is to first perform your tour to locals before you put it online or on any platform. As always I will provide you with real-life examples.

In part 2 we will analyse together how you can personalise your tours into experiences. We will see why is great to have small groups and my rule for returning clients. Furthermore, we will see how to make experiences even more interesting. And as always you will hear many real-life examples.

I mentioned many times before that I used scripts. But do we really need them? Let's see together the importance of a script when we need one and when not.

Here I am providing you with examples of experiences in order to demonstrate that almost everything can become an experience and to inspire you of discovering yours.

In this lecture, we will see the importance of platforms. Some of the ''big players'' and the ideal balance we need to keep.

The time finally came, It is our time to welcome our first client, let's see together what we need to know before they arrive.

What are the most common mistakes people are doing during the pricing process? What we should never negotiate? Everything you need to know about pricing is going to be presented to you here.

Policies unfortunately an area that none is talking and people tend to learn only after they need them. So let's examine why they are so important.

What kind of communication do we need to establish with our clients, what do we need to share with them and when does the communication stop?

In this chapter, we will check if appearance and our clothes are important.

The time came and our first time arrived. Here you are going to hear about my personal experience with my first client.

What does it mean to reach 1000 clients?

Here we will examine why reviews are so important.

What we can offer to our clients as a thank you that they choose us.

I am going to provide you with my personal point of view about how I am not getting bored.

In this chapter, we will analyse what we need to know and what we need to always have with us. Furthermore, we will check the mechanisms we can develop that will help us solve any possible issue.

How we can market our products.

How a possible collaboration can help us and what we need to be carefull about collaborations.

The time came for us to try to make a step more forward. Here we will analyse how we can expand and what kind of investment we can do.

We will investigate why competition is important, how to deal with it and some examples to make everything clear.

When you will be able to feel complete, and what kind of goals we should put to ourselves in order to always have a motivation.

Thank you so much for being with me on this journey. In the last chapter, I will provide you with my final thoughts.
