Syllabus

In der ersten Woche werden methodische Grundlagen gelegt und das Analyse-Werkzeug des Kurses vorgestellt. Dieses Analysewerkzeug werden Sie selbst nutzen, dazu wird Ihnen in der ersten Woche ein Arbeitsblatt mit Fragen an die Hand gegeben. Nach einem Überblick über die Welt der Religionen wird die erste Religion vorgestellt, das Judentum. Hier wenden Sie den Analysebogen zum ersten Mal an. Die Woche wird mit dieser Analyse abgeschlossen, aus der Sie als abschließende Prüfung einen Fließtext machen.
Nach dem Judentum werden in der zweiten Woche die anderen beiden monotheistischen Weltreligionen vorgestellt, das Christentum und der Islam, und so die Anwendung des Analysewerkzeugs auf alle monotheistischen Religionen ausgeweitet. Ihre Ergebnisse können Sie dann abgleichen, indem Ihnen in einem Video wichtige Punkte erklärt werden. Es wird im Anschluss ein erweiterter Analysebogen vorgestellt, den Sie für die Religionen des Fernen Ostens benutzen werden. Mit dem Hinduismus wird dann der Schritt dorthin vollzogen. Die zweite Woche endet mit Ihrer Analyse des Hinduismus; auch diese reichen Sie zum Abschluss der Woche als Fließtext ein.
In der dritten Woche steht zunächst weiter der Ferne Osten im Zentrum, indem der Buddhismus vorgestellt wird. Auch hier wird Ihnen im Anschluss an den Buddhismus ein Abgleich Ihrer Analyseergebnisse ermöglicht. Der Blick wird weiter geweitet, indem Naturreligionen und neuere Phänomene besprochen werden. Am Ende des Kurses werden die Analysen auf verschiedene religiöse Phänomene geweitet. Der Abschluss besteht darin, dass Sie eine selbstständige Analyse zu einer Ihnen bis zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch unbekannten religiösen Gruppierung durchführen. Damit wird erreicht, dass Sie nicht nur einen Überblick über die bunte Welt der Religionen unserer Zeit erhalten haben, sondern auch ein Analysewerkzeug kennengelernt und trainiert haben.
