This is an Introduction to the first segment of the program which is stationary ball-handling. These workouts are totally customizable by the player. Pull from this list to build your own personal workout, it is very important to remember that you want to build your workout around your skill level and conditioning level. For example, you could choose 5 of these drills to do for the day. You could set a goal for yourself of doing each drill for a set number of times, OR a set amount of time.

You will need one small cone for this drill.
